The “Perfect” is a 5-minute walk away from the legendary boulevard Kurfrstendamm (the longest shopping street in Europe) and a short walk from “Charlottenburg” metro station and “Kantstrasse” bus stops enabling you to reach Messezentrum,the Olympic Stadium and the Zoo. The beautiful Lietzensee Park, which is perfect for jogging, can be reached by foot within 5 minutes via the Friedbergstrasse.

The Perfect Apartment offers one bedroom with two single beds which can be adjusted to a double, and two fantastic Ligne Roset sofa-beds in the living room perfect for relaxing.

There are 2 Sony Home Theatre with blue ray DVD/DVix /USB Connection and CD in the living room as well as in the bedroom. Ladies will appreciate the dressing table with a large mirror in the bedroom.

The living room has an Electric Fireplace which is easy to operate, for coziness and heating.

Two bathrooms are available, one adjoined to the bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub with a large window and another adjoined to the hall with shower.

The new modern kitchen is situated in the living room. The appliances include a new electric stove/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer with 8 kg capacity, coffee maker, toaster, electrical jug and much more.

High speed internet access is provided via WLAN, a desk as working space is situated in the living- and in the bedroom.

There is a German Mobile available for the use of guests.

3-4 Person 120 Eur Night, 805 Eur Week

The rental price includes everything with the exception of a one-time cleaning fee of 25 Eur.
